Setting Time on Speedmaster

Hello RWI,

I just received a gem from Hont but for some reason can't set the time. The sub dials work but I can't figure out how to set the time? Am I missing something really basic here (I am a noobie). Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Out of curiosity, did you - carefully - pull the stem all the way out?

If it has a date on it, you pull it out halfway. To set time, all the way...but do it carefully.

it might have a screw in crown, if i remember correctly the speedmaster pro reps have them so unscrew it first before trying to pull the crown out.

SUCCESS!!!! I was being a little too gentle with the stem. I guess it's better to error on the side of caution. Thanks for the tip guys!
