Anyone have their P9000 clones serviced yet? Either KW or ZF? I'm just curious as to how your experiences were regarding these movements. They're fairly new, but it's one of the reasons I'm holding back from a 351 or a 388.

Granted they're 7750 movements, but how would you guys think these decorated bridges would affect the service procedure in the eyes of a watchmaker in terms of ease? Taking them apart or peeling them off. Not sure how they're attached.

Awaiting your opinions and thoughts.

I'm still waiting for someone to take the bridges off before I can offer relumes on these pieces.

I suppose that's a good thing that no one had the need to take them apart yet.

I had to have my KW 505 services as it was DOA. No real problems, but the watchsmith said it was a bit of a pain to get the bridges of and then re-glue them. Watch now runs perfectly and he did a great job re-attaching the bridges.

yeah it sucks if u get the bad one. But not all, in fact most of the rep stay well even after a few years.

Couple of years seem reasonable to me , but still there may be a watchsmith who can deal with this mvmt

Domenico serviced a KW P9000 yersterday. The bridge itself is screwed with 3 screws on the 7750.

To remove the rotor you have to remove three glued miniscrews - for Domi absolutely no porblem...

The bridges are mostly glued on for sure. I had one small piece come unglued and jam my rotor. Thankfully it didn't get down in the movement to jam anything else.
