I was very fortunate to find Mike here on RWI. I reached out to him and explained my concerns and what I wanted done to my watch. He quoted me a price for the work and explained what to expect and what he expected of me as a customer. He’s a busy man and rather spend his time working on the watch instead of chatting with customer. I knew then that I liked him. He’s all business and he knows what he’s doing. Of course I agreed with everything and sent him the watch and the parts.
He’s busy so it took a couple of months for him to get to my watch. Once he got to my watch he contacted me and let me know what he found.
I just received my watch and all I can say is WOW, I’m blown away. I had no idea of the difference a few parts and servicing would make on how I feel about the watch. I couldn’t ask for better. The watch is now water tight to 10 bars and only gains a couple of seconds per day.
The work he performed changed how I feel about it and I can wear my watch with confidence now.
I didn’t know before but he can get whatever gen parts needed for the movement’s he has on his work bench. This is awesome because getting used parts off eBay is gamble at best.
I highly recommend him and I’ll be sending him another watch in a few days.
