Service + Mod for Rolex Sea-Dweller needed

I am not sure where to post this, so forgive me if I am wrong here.
I am looking for a good and reliable partner to service my Sea-Dweller, especially the wristband but could also potentially do a bit of modifaction (new beezel and new dial).
Would you be able to recommend someone? Or if you do services like these, feel free to contact me

Sure, so this is what I want:
- Service of the movement. Somehow the watch stops without any reason and doesnt move for days. Then all of a sudden the watch moves again for some days and then it stops again
- Potentially, I think of changing the bezel, maybe to a genuine one.
- Potentially I think of changing the dail from the black one, to the blue one (Deepsea).

I hope I have been specific enough?
