Sellita 200 arrives DOA

got some watch in mail , arrives DOA. sellita 200 movt.
does not work, after shaking second hand moves 3-5 sec and stops.
can i do somthn at home with it or only watchsmith can do it?

did it by winding crown clockwise and shaking the watch

Have you contacted the seller? Maybe remove the case back to see if anything has come loose?

maybe, i removed the CB, but cant see something wrong(
i did contacted the seller(no answer atm), he sent me the watch from Asia just in padded envelope , might be its the reason why it arrives DOA

manual winding is very noisy and tight and second hand after it moves 2-4 sec and stops
