Seiko Submariner mod, looks pretty cool

Not sure if anyone has posted this here before, but saw this on Reddit and it looks kind of interesting - a guy is building these Seiko Submariners and sells them for $275. Looks kind of cool, I wonder how well it's done and if it's waterproofed well and etc. His description is below:

All parts are aftermarket except for the Seiko Automatic Movement NH35/4R35

Custom watch modded personally by me. Brand New.


Specs:

• Seiko NH35a automatic movement (Hacking + Hand winding)
• 40mm Sub case
• Sapphire Crystal
• Ceramic Bezel Insert
• Brushed oyster bracelet with glide lock

Payment accepted by Transferwise/Bank Transfer or PayPal G&S (+4%)

I prefer Transferwise due the lower cost & favourable exchange rate.

Price includes tracked international shipping to the US from Singapore.

I believe the Chinese make some fairly convincing copies of the Rolex Submariner.
