Seiko 7T32 Repair - UK

Hi all
Request if I may - I bought a Seiko 7T32 watch for spares or repair on ebay a month ago or so. Photo below.

I have taken it to a High Street repair establishment who advise that it will need to be returned to Seiko as they think the fault relates "to a broken internal wheel". Seiko UK advise that they do not stock spares for this type of watch and therefore cannot help.

Crux of the matter is that the hour hand will not go beyond the 8 o' clock position.

I've sent repair requests to a few places but all have come back with the same line as Seiko UK.

Anyone treading these boards who might know anyone willing to take a look?

Thanks in advance

Minj

You will probably have to buy another Seiko with a 7T32 movement that is working and have a watchmaker transplant it.

Luckily, watches with this movement are affordable.

I know you might want the movement itself repaired, rather than just replaced.
But, it's a mass produced quartz that really is simpler replaced than repaired.
The YM62A is a drop in replacement (I think)
Both movements available for under £20
