you know how these placards and protest banners actually surface?
Well, alot of these protests, especially in 3rd world countries or non English speaking countries where the general population does not speak English, these banners are actually written either solely, or with the help of English speaking people. Quite often it is done by the media who are covering their plight, since it is the Western media covering it and beamed to a western audience. Some English speaking dude probably wanted a chuckle out of it and either helped the protester write it or had it written for him.
