seeking new PAM 111h with swiss mvt

Greetings all:

I was once the proud owner of an amazing PAM 111H with swiss movement from the great Davidsen.

Then I gave it to my father in law who admired it and is totally deserving of such a gift.

But now Davidsen tells me he no longer has swiss mvt Pams...

Can anyone recommend a dealer who can supply such a piece? I've looked through all the trusted dealer websites and haven't seen anything that looks as good as what I had.

Swiss movements with cotes de geneve are no longer available. Sorry.

Thanks for that info-- but why is that? Why is it no longer possible for the manufacturers to obtain Swiss mvts?
