Steve has been great to work with. From the ordering stage to QC and tracking, the communication has been responsive and informative. Initially ordered my first rep from another TD but due to coordination issues both ended up being shipped the same time and Steve's delivery came first. I put a deposit down for the QC then paid the remainder before shipment. Steve using FedEx came much faster than the other TD using DHL; less than a week! I'm still waiting for the other TD order to arrive.
I am most impressed with this CF rep. I never owned a Rol before but the build quality of this Bruce is amazing! The DD movement has been super accurate the few days since I got it.
