December 14 contacted Andrew to find out if two pieces were available. He replies in the affirmative on the same day. I immediately check out, notifying Andrew that I want to pay by bank transfer. After an hour he sends me all the data necessary to carry out the operation, including the amount in euros net of discounts.
On Monday 16 December I will make the bank transfer; Andrew contacted me on the morning of the 18th telling me that he had received the amount and that he would soon send me the qc photos. In fact, on the 20th I get the photos of the first piece and on the 22nd those of the second. After confirming the photos I receive the tracking code of the package on December 24th. The package, packaged in a bombproof way, arrived on January 14th. Exactly one month for a purchase made on the other side of the world and arrived in Italy! There is no need to remark Andrew's qualities again, except that he is... incredibly fast!
Having said that, it must be said that a serious seller must not only be good at selling his goods, but he must be much, much more so when the goods unfortunately break under warranty. In fact, one of the two pieces that arrived with the first purchase at the end of October (BLP F.F.), after not even a couple of weeks stopped working, without me ever wearing it. I tried to solve the problem myself, as RHI recommends, by turning to two watchmakers, but both did not want or did not know how to repair the piece. I then contacted Andrew who, at first, proposed that I send the object to a trusted watchmaker in Europe. However, after I explained to him that the clock had really nailed and he didn't want to start again, he advised me to.... ship it to China. I was really skeptical, but I trusted Andrew and followed all the instructions he gave me to send the package.I sent it on November 15th and crossed my fingers. The package arrived at its destination, after 21 days, on December 6th. I contacted Andrew who confirmed the arrival and asked me to be patient. In fact, he told me that it takes two to six months to repair a gen (I already knew this from experience). To make a long story short, Andrew sends me the qc photos on January 7th and on January 16th the package arrives at my home!! My BLP goes like a train! Phenomenal!!!! There are few people who go out of their way without asking for and getting anything in return!Great Trusty! Andrew number one!!
