Timeline of events as below:
12 Sept - order placed
12 Sept - Payment details sent
13 Sept - Payment made and confirmed as received by Trusty
17 Sept - First QC received (15500)
18 Sept - Green light on 1st piece
16 Oct - Emailed to follow up on QC for second piece
16 Oct (less than 4 hours after my email was sent) - Trusty replies stating that he is still waiting for the piece to arrive from Clean. Understandable as this was a very recent release.
28 Oct - Second QC received, green light
31 Oct - Tracking details received
2 Nov to 18 Nov - Tracking details consistently updated on website
19 Nov - Email from Trusty advising updated tracking number
19 Nov - The well packaged product arrives at my doorstep (Australia)
So all up approx 9 weeks from start to finish, with a 4 week wait on Clean factory inbetween.
Looking back at the difference between order numbers of my first order and second order, I have a rough idea of just how many orders Trusty is dealing with all at the same time and it is not a small amount.
With this in mind, Trusty really does provide a great service and has done so again here with my second order.
