Hello. I had a good experience with Hont my first time, so I decided to order a ZF Overseas Strap through Hont. Unfortunately, my second go around has not been great.
I originally inquired about if it was possible to get just the strap on 28/1, and it took a few days for Hont to respond. I figured that he was backed up after CNY, so I didn't think much of it. For the following days, it took Hont a long time to get back to me on whether he'd be able to obtain the strap for me. All in all, it wasn't until 12/2 that I finally got a price for the strap.
I sent my payment on 14/2 and I received QC on 21/2. I approved it and it was shipped the same day.
I noticed that the shipping time was taking longer this time around than it did previously. I thought that shipping would be faster, if anything, since I only ordered a strap this time instead of watch. However, I continued waiting and saw that the tracking link provided by Hont said that my strap was allegedly delivered on 17/3. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I have checked around the area, and my package is nowhere to be found.
Another odd thing is that USPS's tracking states that they are yet to receive the package. I believe that my package should go through USPS since it did with my first order, and I was able to track the delivery through USPS's site. However, with this current package, USPS's tracking still says they're awaiting the arrival of my package.
I've tried to talk to Hont about this several times now, but he continues dismissing that they did everything right and that I need to figure it out on my own. I know that it is out of Hont's control what the shipping companies do, but it's frustrating that he doesn't even seem to care about the situation at all.
