Extremely communicative and i was a bit pedantic this time around (i know i know its a rep but need to get the most bang for my buck so was third time lucky in the qc) but must say either Liana or Eva (i struggle to know who is responding each time, communication is seamless though so doesnt really matter) was very patient and the exact words were “Of course, I will change one just in case we have problem in the future” ! Fantastic customer service.
