The watch arrived today, after 20 days (29 SEP to 18 SEP) - used the Czech cross-shipment option: that was quick!
Pros:
- it is exactly as described and shown in the QC pictures
- runs fine (so far)
- the metal bracelet it ships with fits my wrist (some are too short, requiring a 2nd bracelet just for 1-2 links -- so it makes a difference to me)
Cons (very minor):
- The sticker on the case back was hard to remove, I had to use a cleaning solution to get the glue off (not a big deal)
- wanted to use the rubber band shipped with the watch, but there was no way it actually fit (using a maritime NATO band now, which is fine)
- the audible rotor noise (when you hold it to your ear or have it within 5 inches from it) irritated me at first, but after a quick research online, I was assured even the original Omega Seamasters with the 8800 movement have it
This is my second order with ChazingTime, and went again really smooth. Quick and reliable communication, trackable, and as promised.
