Watch arrived yesterday. Unfortunately the movement was DOA.
I reached out to Elliot straight away via WhatsApp with the description and a video, and he has replied. I'm waiting for instructions.

The faulty watch is just rotten luck.

After sales support provided by Elliot has been exceptional, which is what matters.

I won't go into the finer details, but essentially the dead watch goes back to Elliot and he sends me a new replacement.
