One order (as shipping can be two watches per shipping, reduces a bit transport costs).
QC is still ongoing, and is "one by one" as they are manufactured. I am dealing with Lana.

What's a normal time for processing an order? I'm a bit worried whether they will be produced at all now.

Well, 3 of the 4 watches you picked are not very common watches so you might be waiting a while for them. Noone can tell you how long they'll take. They'll come when they come. It took me 3 months once to wait for a rare watch. So yeah.
