Ordered x2 watches on 16/9/24. One received with fault, the other still no QC.
Timeline as follows:
16/9 - Ordered x2 units.
17/9 - Paid and payment confirmed as received
28/9 - QC received for first watch. Green light.
29/9 - Received tracking number. Not sure why they only sent the one unit, should have been sent together. By the time I noticed it was too late, sent already.
16/10 - Emailed Chazing asking for update on the second watch. Advised that movement got problem so waiting for maker to issue a new watch.
17/10 - Received first watch. As soon as I unpacked it and started looking at it, noticed the whole movement inside the case was loose, making a very noticeable rattling sound. When dial was facing up, the rotor was fouling on the caseback crystal. Emailed Chazing who requested a video.
18/10 - Sent through the video clearly depicting the issue, the rattling clearly noticeable.
19/10 - Advised by Chazing that this sound is 'normal' for this rep. After some back and forth emails, Chazing finally invites me to send it back so they can give it to the factory to fix.
24/10 - I decided to just send it to a local guy to fix the issue, advised Chazing. Local guy finds that a movement holder tab had broken off and fixed the issue for a small cost.
20/11 - Emailed Chazing asking for an update on the second watch. Advised that the second watch also had a movement issue and they are waiting for a third watch.
Today 20/12 - Still nothing from Chazing...
