Second order (93053) with TOW but still not received

I’ve paid for a VSF datejust with theonewatches, 17 of June I received the tracking code but today the situation is still in stand by… courier situation: the package is waiting to be picked up by the courier (CI041109722DE).

previous order in 15 days I received my AP Royal oak in Italy… now I’m a little bit warried about this delay, maybe Custom problems.
American say: No news bad news….

As many people have said if you did a little research, this is not uncommon. Most likely the tracking wont update until it arrives in your country. I'm sure this is something Steve can confirm if you just ask him

Yes, but the previous order was faster. In 15 days it cames to italy from germany and I could see the updates… with this last order it is all stopped at :”the package is waiting to be picked up by the courier (CI041109722DE)”…. And I don’t know why…

Hi friend, don't worry, the parcel shipping is still within the regular time limit, sometimes there will be a delay which is normal, if it is too much out of the regular time has not been updated, we will arrange for a new QC or refund (according to your opinion), so don't worry.

You understand the use of shipping service so until your package enters the regular postal service, there will be no update to the tracking number. Depending on how many parcels are being shipped through the courier they usually wait for whatever container they are shipping to be full before it's sent so you might be waiting for other packages to fill the container. If you look at the details on 17 track, you will see that the tracking number goes from Germany to Italy. It's being shipped in bulk to Germany and then handed over to DHL for the final leg to you.

For now, there is nothing to be worried about. I always expect about three weeks for the shipment to be delivered to Germany, then from three days to a week to be delivered to Italy. So a month is a tipical waiting time in my experience.
