Second hands too large for subdial?

I've been noticing on a number of Panerai reps (005, 183, etc.) that the second hand appears too large for the subdial in the photos. Anybody else notice this? Is it just the angle of the photos or is this really a problem?

Do you mean it just generally looks too big for the dial or for the particular watch you are looking it, it looks too big when compared to the gen PAM?

The fat second hand is to me one of the things that makes it a Panerai.
