Second experience with Andrew

Hello,

I would like to have your opinion on a delicate situation that I am currently experiencing.

As stated in the title, this is my second experience with Andrew from trustytime. The first went very well, the second is less « smoothie ».
I ordered 5 items, 4 watches and 1 bracelet last May after being confirmed by Andrew beforehand that everything was available. Once this confirmation was obtained, I placed the order.

Very quickly I received the QC’s for an IWC that I rejected because it had major defects in the indexes and the crown (slightly twisted). For the other QC’ss, everything went quietly in May.
I was still waiting for new IWC QC’s when suddenly I received the tracking number of the package ... I immediately contacted Andrew who told me that following an error the watches were gone. He then offered to send him back the IWC (I fell that he wants to find a solution) and send me a new one once returned (by the way, I validated the QCs last Sunday)

Except that the day before yesterday, I received the package and unfortunately there were only 2 watches (instead of 4) and the leather strap.

When I opened the package this is what I found: On the Navitimer, the chrono seconds hand is detached and the bracelet is marked. Indeed, as the two parts of the bracelet were stuck one on the other during transport it ended up "welding". When I unpacked when I felt that it was hanging on, I did not force it, otherwise it would have been worse.

As I have to return the faulty IWC to receive the news, Andrew suggests that I return the Navitimer and the bracelet at the same time. On the forum, I read that the returns were very risky, because if the package is captured by customs, I lose everything ...

So I would like to have your opinion on the possibilities of solving this case:

A - I return everything as proposed by Andrew at the risk of losing everything in the event of seizure by customs

B - I only return the IWC and I keep the Navitimer as well as the bracelet as is by negotiating a partial refund. (I might be dreaming but you never know. I know it's not Amazon but I can sense goodwill in Andrew)

If we use solution B, is it complicated to reattach the hand to the movement? Or who could do it?

Thank you to read my story and for your advice.

Andrew found a solution for all problems (New strap for replacement and half refund to send watches to a watchsmith). Thank you trustytime again ;)
