second counter on a skyland

It is possible the seconds counter on a Skyland with a 7750 to move?
if I want to reset it to 0 (12 clock) it is 2 seconds on the right. I found no possibility to change this?

If the center chrono seconds consistently resets to 2 seconds past zero then the hand most likely needs to be removed and refitted to the proper position.
