Second buy from TT - Andrew

Just bought a second rep from Andrew at TrustyTime.

Put my order in on May 11th for a discounted Omega cal9300 Chrono. Had QC shots on Tuesday - all was perfect in QC and every angle I requested was represented looking for the usual defects with Omega reps. Found nothing even questionable in the QC shots so I pulled the trigger (May 12th) - order was sent to the forwarder on Monday May 15th. Landed at my doorstep this afternoon (May 19th).

Everything was packed very securely and plenty of bubble wrap and protective plastic around the band and watch head. Tried on the watch right away and only had to remove one half link (wrist is about 7.5"). Aside from the normal annoying Omega bracelet design (has nothing to do with the rep) got everything sorted out and back together flawlessly.

Got an e-mail every single step of the way and text messages letting me know DHL tracking information. Would love to see Andrew become a TD here so hopefully this helps support that effort, if and when, it happens. Leave you with a wristie - very happy with this purchase and will definitely buy from again!

This is so weird, I though TrustyTime was a TD here, but he is listed as a NON TRUSTED DEALER?!?

This NTD failed to fix the problem I highlited to him on the first day after getting the QC pics. 2 Weeks later and he still sending me the same bloody problematic watch with a rotated dial.

Awesome so you are going into every thread that mentions Trusty Time and sharing your story because the original post just wasn't enough? Sounds like you have a serious axe to grind for buying from a non-trusted dealer here. Maybe go over to RWG and complain there?

There are several "TrustyTime" imposters so be very careful when ordering or emailing and take up any concerns through the other rep sites that endorse them as a TD. As for them becoming a dealer here, it already happened

Damn, is that really true? Did she use ttw-138.com ?
I have a hard time believing that because I just got my last rep from Andrew and the one before didn't work out so he sent me a full refund in a matter of a few days.
