Second but the LAST Order.!

I just want to inform you guys.

I had 1 order from trusty and it was like butter smooth.

Later on I decided to buy 2 more watches from them.But had some issues and cancelled my order and refund it in 10 days.!

The first thing was with the QC’s. I didnt like the timegrapher values and they adjusted it for me and I confirmed it. But later on they sent me another photo with different timegrapher values. And this made me worried..

Second thing was, they sent me the watches without confirming the second watch’s QC.And they sent me the tracking number already.!

I had rejected it because of the DW, and Andrew said when I receive the watch he can send me a better DW.! So smart!!

So long story short, I requested a refund for my 2 orders and got a refund with some cut back in total.

I didnt like this kind of trade.

I lost nearly 60 USD and 20 days.!

So it makes sense for newly buyers maybe.

Hi,

There was some miscomm for the QC which led to me sending out the watches. I tried to make it up but since you prefer a refund, it was provided as promised

At least the refund process was smooth on the seller part, it is usually difficult getting refunds in black market settings.
