Seawolf finish....shot blasted?

I recall seeing somewhere on the forum ages ago a Seawolf that had been treated in such a way that it’s finish looked more Matte and almost gun metal grey having been shot blasted by a member or something who offered the service. So essentially going from shiny stainless to a more stealth look and it was amazing. Anyone have any ideas what this process is/was and where I can get it done or any pics of it??
