I have this older Tag F1 that my dad gave me a while back as a present from the Philippines...it didn't come in a box or anything (actually I think he wore it to get it past customs) so I'm not even sure what model it is. (It does say "Indy 500 Lmited Edition" on the caseback, though I'm not sure if it's right)

Anywho, long story short one day in my youthful exuberance I dropped the piece, facedown, right on the crystal. I found that it had a big crack in the crystal, and a few of the dial pieces had broken loose and were rolling around the dial. I threw it in a box and forgot about it. Fast forward to today, when I found it in that box. It still runs, and I'd like to fix it just for sentimental reasons.

Where can I source some parts for this? Keep in mind it's about 7 years old at this point. I think I can reattach the dial parts that have come off; the only piece I really need is the crystal.

Pics of the carnage:

PS: bonus points for anyone who can definitively tell me what model this is.

Well, I know it's a little late to answer this thread but here I go

What you have there seems to be a "fantasy" Tag F1. The subdials remind me the ones that the first generation chronograph used to had (even tough they aren't equal, and that generation wasn't quite popular).
Then we can see the dial numbers, the bezel and, and the colors at the 6's subdial and clearly we are in front of a rep that tries to resamble a Tag CAC1110 that's series 3 (2004-2007) they were powered by an ETA G10.711 movement.

I don't know if the gen parts will fit this one, However, you can find some here --> http://watchpart.co.uk/heuer-series-bezel-cac1110-p-4021.html
maybe other parts if you email then...

This is the gen one, beautiful watch
