Contacted the seller in the mpast about this issue but maybe some can chime in. If youre watch can't tell tim properly, it skipps hours per day, do you have an easy fix or does theonewatches have a return policy or can fix it themselves?

Thanks and let me know, its an seamaster.

I suggest you find a local watch repair that deals in reps or one in your country and have them take a look at it, that is going to be your best course of action

Who the dealer you used is immaterial - it is best never to send your watch back to China- there is a very high chance you will never see it again.

Your best bet is to find a small family owned watch shop in your town and ask if they are comfortable working on "homage watches" with clones of swiss movements. Tell them that despite the decorative plates on the watch movement, it is probably a 2824/2836 movement inside. Also assure them you do not hold them responsible if it is damaged beyond repair in the process.

Everyone needs a go-to watchmaker in their area if they want to play the rep game - it is best to forge a relationship early in your watch habit...

Good luck.

If the watch does not work when you first receive it, it is possible to arrange a return for a refund, if the problem occurs after a period of time, the best way is to have it repaired by a local watchmaker, or if there is no local one, you can choose to send it back to us for repairs, but it may be lost in transit.
