Seamaster Hands are Stuck!!!

I just recieved today another Seamaster GMT from Andrew. The Minute hand sticks until another hand pushs it ....then it jumps to the next point that it gets stuck---the date window will not change either. Can i fix tis somehow or should Andrew fix it. Thanks for the help (i already emailed andrew, just waiting for reply) -ck

Besides what he answers:

Sending it back SUCKS, it could get lost etc...
If he demands you to do that, better take it to some local watchsmith and ask whether it is fixable and how much it costs...
If he sends you another one, you're lucky.
