Seamaster Chrono Conundrum

Hi all,

A bit of advice if I may please?

I had an SMP Chrono re-worked by Domi a while back and unfortunately the bezel insert has popped out and I have lost the pearl.
It has been my daily beater for a while so I must have caught it on something or shocked it really hard.
Anyway, I am going to use this as an excuse to swap the crystal to something that I can actually look at, as well as address the bezel insert.
I have an IWC with a Taka crystal and it blows me away how invisible it appears, so his crystal is high on my wish list.

Can I order a crystal direct from Taka or does he need a donor crystal?
Can I get a genuine Bezel insert (with or without pearl) and have Domi make it fit?
