then I must have been sent gens? Seriously, i have seen reps that connect the omega word thru the middle. also have an SMP with a serial number on the case! If I find a gen movement, it can seriously pass as gen.
asian auto reps have the words connected properly, the more expensive ETA models have the wrong connections at the bottom.
sorry, i have a swiss ETA rep that has the words connected properly. How do I know? the clear caseback shows the movement.

my ETA swiss AT from andrew has a silver movement with display back.
The asian auto's he's selling have the brass colored asian movement with display back.
I'm not saying yours isn't ETA.

Yep, most of the Omega reps with display backs and asian movements use the gold/broze color movement and the ETAs usually use the silver color. They like to keep up guessing.
