Sead first buy - and I've lost control of my bowels.

this is my first buy from sead Rolex dj 41mm placed via email;

- payment 14 December (via wire transfer with payment confirmation sent via email)
- sead advised on 14 December a tracking number will likely be provided by Monday 17 December
- 17 december no tracking provided, just an email after 2-3 follow ups that he will provide the tracking number
- 18 December no tracking number provided, no replies from sead

hopefully this is not another SCAM. Awaiting for another day before filling a legal complaint with his bank And police.

Keep in mind, that Wise usually takes an additional day to be completed. Your payment confirmation as sender, until arrival at Sead, is not finally confirmed on his side and I highly suggest you only message him if there are any relevant news.

BTW, I didn't see anything about QC. You skip that by purpose?

So I want to understand better... you not only ordered something from a foreign country during the busiest shipping season of the year, so busy that USPS recommends you send packages before December 18th to reach by Xmas, and you are now threatening to destroy this person's livelihood and file a complaint with his bank, and the police of what country exactly?

This sounds like an impulse buy. You payed for it on the 14th. I am sorry to say unless you live in Guangzhou they is very little likelihood of getting this by Christmas. This is the busiest shipping period of the year so there can be no guarantees. I have known @sead1999 for eight years and we get only a tiny amount of complaints or helpdesk issues about him compared to other TDs. Even when it does go that far Sead always resolves the issue before we even get involved.

I know this knowledge is readily available throughout the forum but @alin79 I am going to sumarise how it works.

1. You find the watch you want.

2. You contact the TD to source it (these are illegal goods so TDs do not carry stock, it is too dangerous).

3. It can take a few days to a few weeks to source the watch depending on the model.

4. The TD usually sends you QC photos to verify it is the watch you want when they have it in their hands.

5. They engage a shipping agent to ship it to you in the safest way possible.

6. Then you get a tracking number.

7. You wait patiently for the watch to arrive. This can take weeks to months and can carry customs risks.

well , to clarify the watch I was in stock for delivery from Italy, to be delivered to another EU country.

- 13 December pictures with the watch were provided
- 14 December payment was made by wire
- 14 December the seller advised tracking number to be provided on 17 December
- 17 December seller advised by email after follow ups .. that the tracking number will be provided
- 18 December no tracking number provided, no other replies from the seller.

Well I think the seller should provide the tracking number ... delivery from EU Italy stock. Failed to do so .. for 2 days now...

Just some patience… last watch I paid on 11.12, received the tracking only on 15.12 and watch received yesterday.

I think it is your first watch, just need more patience, we are not on Ebay. Everything will be fine. For next christmas, you know that you need to order before to avoid this unnecessary rush and drama.

well.. I am not complaining about not receiving the watch .. yet. I am complaining about not being shipped from stock Italy and a tracking number not being provided by sead as advised.

Sead is my go to TD and he is always excellent.
