Hey guys, my crown guard for my Panerai is getting loose and none of my jeweller screwdriver flat edge heads are thin enough to get in and tighten it up. What do you guys use? Thanks.

Decent quality watchmakers drivers.
PM Offshore, he will ship you a set for around $16

If you're in the USA, Walmart sells an eyeglass repair kit, containing a screwdriver that has worked for me on PAM CGs. Costs around a buck

Exactly, you need drivers with hardened steel blades that can be both sharpened and replaced.

I'm assuming one of these will fit the PAM CG screws? I don't know how thin i need the head to be and can't really measure it..

Yes one of them will fit correctly the PAM CG screw, of course

I am now on trip and have neither caliper nor screwdriver to say you the size of screwdriver
Anyway try with them all and chose the biggest possible to not damage the screw's notch.

I'm sure guys like you will need professional tools, but for me the extent of my watchmaking skills is changing a strap or tighterning a CG screw and Walmart and Amazon have supplied me with all I need for a total of about $8 (free shipping, of course :))

Sigh, and for 17 bucks or (shipped, PM Offshore) so you could have real drivers: http://watchbitz.com.au/shop/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=117 that won't slip and scratch something like cheapies invariably will one day. Is it worth saving less than $10?

My father-in-law puts his retractable razor blade back in his tool box still out. He said it's against his style to retract it!
