How do I polish out a scratch on the CG of my Titanium Pam?
Steel wool or what for best results?

Re: Scatch on Ti

Dogma, you are welcome!

I read in the past that some members used this pens/pads and solving the small scratches...

I bet you'll be soon ordering one and then you'll be able to tell us what results you have achieved...

Re: Scatch on Ti

I have used one of these fiberglass pens on Titanium pams and it works great. Deep scratches might be a problem but the ones you get changing straps and desk diving are fixed with a little patience and one of these pens. Make sure you take a look at the finish on the watch to see which way the grain of the brushed finish runs and match that with the pen. Start off easy. Perhaps try it on an old stainless spoon or something to get a feel of it first.

Good luck.

Great dv, thanks for the insight. I will take it slow for sure.
Don't want to screw it up any more than I already have.

No problem. There is actually one more solution that I personally use that is even less abrasive. It has also been proven by the Risti's.......

Ink eraser.....erasers for ink pens. They work miracles for light scuffs when you have extra time in the office....lol!
