I was bidding on it till 825£ (1045$ approximately), and at that time I asked the seller to attach a picture of the back cover of the watch, and booom (shocked me)... the watch its replica ( cheqp quartz from alibaba)

I feel sorry for the winner on this auction.... Do you have a way guys to notify eBay team, or how to notify the buyer that he has been scammed and get refund back from paypal?

All you can do is report it to eBay by hitting the “Report this item.” There is no rational explanation for how eBay handles the reports. Sometimes they act and sometimes they don’t. An example:

That POS has been repeatedly reported and it’s still active. We can’t do anything on this forum unless we learn the offending party from eBay is an RWI member.
