Scammed By a Fake Trusty Time

Hello, I am Thomas. I bought a watch from Trustywatches in November 2021. Since December 14, 2021, the shipment tracking has included "Airline arrived at destination country
2021-12-14 06:20:54" when I asked both via whats app and by email, I always got the answer that I should be patient, the watch would still be in transit. Has anyone here had the same negative experience with Trusty Time? what can I do? who can help me? Greetings and many thanks, Thomas

Are you sure you’re dealing with the genuine Trusty Time? You should post the site URL and email you’re dealing with, so we can confirm you haven’t been the victim of a scam site.

It would also be the first time I’ve heard of Trusty using WhatsApp.

A mod might also be kind enough to move this to the Trusty feedback forum, where you may get a response from Andrew or Trusty Time staff.

Never had issues with Trusty Time. The experience you are sharing is very strange, however is possible that your country has seized the package (but in this case you would have received a letter or something). Are you sure you ordered from the official website available in the Trusted Dealers sections? As p0pperini said, please share the contacts you are dealing with. Plenty of scam sites out there

Thats the wrong address. The correct address should be accessed by the link given on their page in the Trusted Dealers section. I think you may have been scammed, hopefully not.

The first one given at the top of Trusty TIme RWI forum is old. Read further and you'll find www.trustytimewatch.io.

The scammers simply clone the entire site, so of course it looks consistent with the real site.

Unfortunately, you sent your money to a scammer. Sadly, you aren’t the first victim of these bastards, and you won’t be the last.

While this is my first post on the forum, I have a current order paid for, processed, QC'ed and now shipped with Trusty Time. The two email addresses listed in all email communications I have had with Andrew are specified as "[email protected]" and "[email protected]". The current website for Trusty Time is trustytimewatch.io

I'm afraid that you have been scammed.

This is a scam site, unfortunately. Always check the official contacts in the Trusted Dealers section before placing orders.

Sorry if this sounds rude, but this should be closed or altered as the title of the thread is undue bad rep for a TD who I've had multiple positive transactions with (even before being a member here). Why should Andrew have to get it touch with you before this page being closed. Although it's unfortunate, you made the error, not Andrew.

Holy mozes.have the same problem..scammed by trustytime.xyz have looked up here for trusted dealers,the next day..went to google..clickt on te wrong website..looks simular..as the legit trusty website..order was on 22-12-021..there's my mistake..got a tracking number from them..parcel is in transit for 66 days...so bad luck..move on..now i know

I fell for the same scam site. It’s been two weeks and still no word. I am one step away from contacting authorities. I lost over $500 in that transaction. It’s a pity, really.
