This company is a SCAM! I purchased an AP on Feb 6th! They created a FAKE USPS tracking number and said it was delivered but nothing was delivered. I went to my Post Office and they even confirmed that my tracking number was fake after i went back 3 times!! Be aware

Have you used the contact information from here?

If you have, I’m pretty sure you haven’t been scammed.

Sure, but have you checked that you’re actually using the correct contact information? There are tons of scammers out there pretending to be TDs. That’s why I’m asking if you used the contact information from here on the forum.

I ordered right off the website provided here. I got QC photos and everything. But no delivery.
Hmm, that really doesn’t sound like Puretime… But what do you get when you track your package through this site?

Double-check the contact information you used and share the order number you received. Puretime will likely respond once they see what you’ve posted.

I've ordered from PureTime for years and have nothing but good things to say about them. This just doesn't sound right.
This isn’t the first time, and it won’t be the last. People Google a scam TD site, place an order, get scammed, and then come here to complain about the real one — without bothering to fact-check again.

Getting scammed is unfortunate, but sometimes there’s a reason why it happens…

Send to the moderators the website where you made the order, the confirmation email, the conversations or emails where they sent you the QC pics...

Next time don't use Google, when you use search engines you find what maybe you weren't looking for...

Sorry OP but you must use the correct contact details and websites provided from the TD list. Fake websites are spun up within hours and they take your hard earned cash. I myself have used pure time for over 8 years and Angus is straight as they come.

OP can you provide the very website you’ve bought from and the email from where you received the QC?

There are many scammer that use the same layout of a TD like Puretime but it’s not real, an example can be www.puretime88.NET or www.puretime8888 www.puretime66 and so on

The correct website is puretime88.io and it’s absolutely not a scammer

We already know that OP’s pride is preventing him to say he used a fake Puretime and he prefer to dig in.:.
