Scam or no scam?

Ok guys, I purchased a gen Rolex oyster on the bay. The seller had a "make offer" option on his ad, i made him an offer and he accepted. He claims that the watch has shipped and sent me a picture of the receipt that is totally unlegible. I asked him for a legible copy or the tracking number. He said there was no tracking number provided and not to worry....now won't respond at all. The seller does have over 200 positive feedback a and zero negative.

here is my question for fun.....will I receive the watch this week?

i tried to check and see what he had bought or sold but nothing recent. Also he has no other items for sale.

The sad thing is, I feel safer buying on a replica site than eBay.

I know some places either forget tracking, or don't give it...

This however sounds slightly sketchy. Only time will tell.
Chargeback if something goes wrong.
