Sausage dials

On the suasage dial why do some of the numerals and markers have a Black outline around them and some look to be just screen printed on the dial? Which is correct?

It's the different depths of lume. Really fat/thick looking numbers are not correct. A nice thin uniform without a lot of the indentation below showing is more accurate.

Not quite. While it is correct for some early T-swiss dials (and mind you these came in at least 3 different finishes and lume applications), it isn't correct for L-swiss lumed dials....these come with the slight groove around the lume, more noticeable on C-F series than G-series and after (mainly Zero Base and 005 Logo models). On the 000/005 it's very hard to notice although the groove still exist.
