Hello, I was wondering if anyone has attempted to Franken a Santos, it seems like it should be one of the easier watches to franken as it can be taken apart fairly easily.

I'm looking at replacing the Dial, Hands, Crystal & Bezel with Gen.

We’ll I’m about to try that. I just got a hold of what appear under the loupe gen dials.

Now I’m trying to figure out how to determine what the reference is for the hands.

For the other parts, I don’t think will fit so I’ll stop at that.

There are Santos reps out there that are pretty much 99.9% accurate. Back in 2008 and so they sold for about 1200. I know the latest ones aren't as good but I wouldn't spend money on adding gen parts. Buy a rep and get a custom strap. You will be good to go.

I was super interested to do that with my GF Santos, unfortunately I just couldn't find the parts anywhere online in EU. There are some good aftermarket screws all over the internet and some gen crystals show up on Ebay or CH24's parts section from time to time. I was mainly looking to swap my crystal & hands, but couldn't find any.
