Santos 100XL Ultimate Problem

Dear All,

I have had my Santos 100XL for about two months. It runs perfectly, with the Asian 2824 movement. Today I tried to set the time, having not worn it for a week, and the hands no longer move when I pull the crown out to adjust. Any ideas?

Did you try to quick-set the date without looking what time it was?

I have had the same problem, took it to a watchsmith who fixed the crown (but ended up making a scratch on the dial).

may I ask from which seller you bought it ?

I had a similar problem and the fix involved a complete servicing.
