sandwhich dial and automatic

is there a pam that has an automatic and sandwhich dial....
by the way i assume automatic ones wind themselves like rollies do?
also i have a 44mm pam right now but i love the fiddy do you think the extra 3mm would be to much... cause the 44mm seems to be just a little big but looks good? thanks alot guys

So far Panerai haven't made neither 40mm nor 44mm autos with sandwich dials, I'm afraid.

If the 44mm base/marina look just a tad large, than I suggest steer away from Fiddy Those extra 3mm really add up to the total watch apearance. Large dial and thin bezel on Fiddy don't help either 8)
