Hello. I'm afraid I have to tell you my story with trustytime.
I've placed an order for TAG Heuer 01 black ceramic. Here is the post : https://forum.replica-watch.info/for...ep-first-order .
The delivery process was perfect, the watch itself was perfect and I really loved Andrew's service. But then a sad thing happened - i dropped my watch on a rough surface and the crown stem was bent. I then contacted Andrew again to place an order for a crown stem replacement and an additional rubber strap, hence my strap was a ceramic version and I wanted a rubber one aswell. Andrew replied that the strap and stem were available, so I've placed and payed for an order on fourth of May, 2021. A couple of weeks later, with no response from Andrew since then - I've contacted him myself to get some information regarding my order. The reply was that the factory, that sells parts for this particular Heuer 01 model was under raids, and didn't work. We discussed the issue and decided to wait for the factory to come back to work. Every couple of weeks I was asking Andrew for any news, but the answer was always the same - undergoing raids, not working. Months went by, and by the end of september i was fed up with waiting and decided to use my "deposit" and add some more for another watch model. Andrew responded, that there was a problem with money transfer service provider, something was blocked and I couldnt use my payment as a deposit no more, nor i could ask for a refund. Andrew told me to contact my bank in order to place a chargeback. But since Andrew himself didn't tell me about the problem with that provider (which actually occured long ago - couple of months at least) - my bank responded, that a chargeback is no longer possible. I don't know if my bank doesnt want to bother, or it actually is impossible now since time have passed - i don't care. I'm a customer who payed for an order, didn't receive no information, didn't receive my order, lost money payed. Andrew says there is nothing they can do.
Could anyone tell me if its normal? You pay some random shop for an order, that shop tells you that money transfer provider has ran away with your money, so u can't receive your order, nor your refund.
I honestly think, that if Andrew calls his service a TRUSTytime - he HAS to refund me, or pay for my order with his own money.
All the information provided in this post can be backed up with an email conversation with Andrew. Every proofs can be provided if needed.
Hopefully nobody will get caught in the same situation as I was. Thanks for your time to read this, appreciated.
