Sad experience with Trusty

Hello. I'm afraid I have to tell you my story with trustytime.

I've placed an order for TAG Heuer 01 black ceramic. Here is the post : https://forum.replica-watch.info/for...ep-first-order .
The delivery process was perfect, the watch itself was perfect and I really loved Andrew's service. But then a sad thing happened - i dropped my watch on a rough surface and the crown stem was bent. I then contacted Andrew again to place an order for a crown stem replacement and an additional rubber strap, hence my strap was a ceramic version and I wanted a rubber one aswell. Andrew replied that the strap and stem were available, so I've placed and payed for an order on fourth of May, 2021. A couple of weeks later, with no response from Andrew since then - I've contacted him myself to get some information regarding my order. The reply was that the factory, that sells parts for this particular Heuer 01 model was under raids, and didn't work. We discussed the issue and decided to wait for the factory to come back to work. Every couple of weeks I was asking Andrew for any news, but the answer was always the same - undergoing raids, not working. Months went by, and by the end of september i was fed up with waiting and decided to use my "deposit" and add some more for another watch model. Andrew responded, that there was a problem with money transfer service provider, something was blocked and I couldnt use my payment as a deposit no more, nor i could ask for a refund. Andrew told me to contact my bank in order to place a chargeback. But since Andrew himself didn't tell me about the problem with that provider (which actually occured long ago - couple of months at least) - my bank responded, that a chargeback is no longer possible. I don't know if my bank doesnt want to bother, or it actually is impossible now since time have passed - i don't care. I'm a customer who payed for an order, didn't receive no information, didn't receive my order, lost money payed. Andrew says there is nothing they can do.

Could anyone tell me if its normal? You pay some random shop for an order, that shop tells you that money transfer provider has ran away with your money, so u can't receive your order, nor your refund.

I honestly think, that if Andrew calls his service a TRUSTytime - he HAS to refund me, or pay for my order with his own money.

All the information provided in this post can be backed up with an email conversation with Andrew. Every proofs can be provided if needed.

Hopefully nobody will get caught in the same situation as I was. Thanks for your time to read this, appreciated.

Trusty contacted me as seen above. I reminded him of my issue - the answer was the same. There is nothing he can do. And still, i paid the shop, not some random crappy money transfer service, tbh. Shop has to take care and be responsible. I'm not saying that this TD is a scammer, because he is not. You get what you pay for, eventually. But be cautious - not every single time. Such a thing can happen to you too, and you will end up without your order, nor your money. Take care.

Have provided credit for the amount you cannot chargeback with your card issuer.

Please let me know what you want to use it for

As stated above, Andrew approached me with an offer to try and resolve the situation we previously had. Currently working on a fix. When it's all done - I will update with a feedback. So far so good.

Which money transfer service did you use to pay for the spare parts for the watch you received successfully but broke? I hope it wasn't Wise.com, as I have so far found them to be reliable.

Did you pay by credit card? If so, that is a problem. Legitimate banks are not fond of counterfeit purchases, and it is normal to have both purchase and refund problems.

Okay, here comes the update :

Me and Andrew negotiated about my options, he kindly provided me with a deposit worth of the amount I paid for the parts in May. Already received the QC pics of my new watch, currently waiting for a tracking number.

So to sum it all up - Andrew restored my belief in his service. You just have to fight for your right to party, I guess :)

Cheers

I totally feel you here. Andrew did me dirty as well. I Picked up a Sky Dweller on August 22nd 2021 and it worked great for 2 days. After that it was completely dead. Andrew said for me to return the watch (cost me $150 to return it), after almost 2 months it still says “held at customs”. I've asked Andrew many times to contact customs but he's refused. So basically I'm out $400 for the watch and $150 for returning this watch and no watch.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. I purchased another watch from another reputable source and the watch arrived in 2 weeks and worms flawlessly.

This so called trusty time isn't very trusty at all.

Please understand that reps are illegal even here in China and we cannot contact the customs for our security
