After 12 days since the watch was received and no replies I received the confirmation that the watch was received but not sent to the office to be repaired confusing, anyway they will send it back I paid for shipping back. What’s funny is they ask not to use their services in the future. No comment.
I have used them in '19 at least 2 times for services and minor things. Had good luck, good communication. Had zero issues. I usually get a return email w/i a day or 2 tops from Amy on my questions. My services took average 5-6 weeks for a turn around but I think their website says that up front in their FAQ.
