After some of the comments I got on my PVD Rollie project I have really been entertaining the idea of doing some kind of RWI logoed watch for myself. I am still leaning heavily towards a PVD Rollie or Omega based one but I am not totally opposed to trying another brand. So I thought I'd set up this poll to get your opinions. The list I've compiled is based on some research I did which factored in cost, design and parts availability. I've put up a few choices based on that. I added Hublot on a lark because I have one that I am going to do a review on and it might work. And no Panerai is not in there. The dead horse has been beat. Plus it's my project so I would rather go with something more mainstream. Sometimes people don't understand polls so to clarify. Select the one you would MOST like to see with RWI on it, ie. would you wear it.

I voted for Omega but will change my vote in the general election...actually an RWI logo would be nice on any of them. I will buy whatever you come up with. :D

I would say Breitling, but to massacre such a brand would not be right.... :|

Omega is what this kind of project is for....

I half agree with both of you. If I did a Breitling it would be best to leave it stainless. I think the PVD would ruin the look. Though it does seem to work on Hublots. I am torn. :(

i voted breitling, i could care less about a rep of a 1,700.00 watch but the steelfish would be great for this in ss with a ss bracelet.

Well. shifting cybee's vote to the majority, Breitling is way in the lead. Not that many votes though.

I will make it T. On that note. Since Breitling is in the lead. I have been banging around some ideas on either the SFSO or the Blackbird as I loved it so much. Now here were my thoughts. As I'm not trying to copy it obviously, if I did a BB I would want to put a spin on it. Possibly a Blue dial. Like the color of the Bentley. Pretty cool in my mind. I would have to change the datewheel to white of course but I would keeo the Subdials monochromatic. Maybe add a little more color in the form of red on either the Datewheel numbers or somewhere on the dial to bring out the Tachymetere markings. Taking into consideration the things I've heard mentioned about the BB gen, the thought of doing the whole thing in full polish finish rather than brushed is a possibility as well.

How about an IWC 3717 that would look awesome PVD coated double AR and an RWI Logo
