Hey team,

Looking to get in touch with Ruby but they don't seem to be good at monitoring emails.

I've heard that she has a WhatsApp contact no and wondered if anyone here could PM it to me.

Attempting to collect parts for a vintage Daytona build. Have serviced a Val 72 myself, but need a case set and appropriate dial...

Ha ha ha -- have they gone totally AWOL these days?

They emailed me to provide a password and all of that, but when I responded to enquire about pricing no reply!

I could go via MQ but he's $$$, so just trying to weigh up different options.

I have an incomplete 1675 project too, so sourcing parts for this from the same vendor would be ideal.

So it's a parts maker / dealer, apparently?

I don’t think having their Wechat, WA, Line or any other contact detail will be of much help if they don't respond to mails, to be frank... Just sayin'.

Have they fallen from grace? Historically they used to have a pretty good reputation for midrange parts. Cases, dials etc... But now it seems perhaps they've become unreliable.

The real Ruby is dead. If I'm not mistaken she was even killed. A lot of people tried / try to make business using her name, but the original one, the one with a good reputation is dead.

I have reached out to Ho Chi Minh district attorney regarding Rubys unfortunate dead, rest her soul, and the case is still ongoing. The prime suspect Mr Yuki did not show up for questioning. He was later found dead as well due to a fatal mishap of falling down an empty elevator shaft in Di An, northeast of Ho Chi Minh. Later Mr Phong was brought in for questing, but he had a rock-solid alibi and check out of the case. Minh over at MQ is still a suspect. He claims to have been in this store at the time of her death. His wife is the only witness that can place him there.

Was unaware of this story... In fact, I was unaware of who Ruby was in the first place. I'm speechless. That's just horrible.

Oh damn, I forgot about the corrupt police / govt there. Sad. So apparently, in this case, someone with power / influence got away with murder... Literally?
