Rubberstrap for Tudor Pelagos XF

I'm thinking about buying the Pelagos and wondering, that some TD listen this one with free rubberstrap and some doesn't.
Any reasons for that?

Most TDs advertised the free strap as long as supplies last. I was able to get a strap from M2M sales.

The TD might have got some premium for buying a certain quantity...or other TDs might decide that selling the strap separately is more profitable.
