Rubber strap to fit heroic 18

I have a heroic buckle and would like to fit it on to a rubber strap Oem ...does it fit?

yes, but it will look WAY too big.

Oem tapers from 24mm to 22mm.

The Oem rubber is also very soft, so you will have that buckle will have about 2mm of play, and would look off centered most of the time.

I've tried this combo, and thought it would look good, but just looked horrible and cheap.

I tried the same thing and the Buckle looked too big for the strap. The combo just didnt look right.
