Hello guys :D

unfortunately I don't understand how to shorten the strap on this watch. It looks to me like I just have to knock or push out the pins. I have already done this with moderate force, but nothing happens. Before I apply more force, I wanted to make sure that this is the right thing to do.

Attached are photos of the strap, maybe someone can tell me how to shorten the strap correctly:

Where I need to be.
If there are no screws whatsoever, use a cotter pin pusher and be careful not to crack the ceramic.

From my experience cotton pin pusher will not do the job. The pin will stay half way in, you have to push them completely out of the 2 inter links.
This will do the job :

Make sure the bracelet is well maintained and your tool staight before you use the little hammer, don't be afraid to use it though.

Yes i justed the hammer, but even though its hard to get them out. I will clean it now in the ultrasonic bath do get the dirt out. Maybe it will work better then.

Heating in water or baby oil bath might help.

Hey, I wanted to update you on the ceramic AP. The band is really tough. I had to hold the link with water pump pliers while a second person pulled the pin out with combination pliers :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: I checked it at the beginning and it was definitely the right side.

The problem now is that some of my pins are bent and quite worn. I have ordered a vice to straighten them, but I can't find these connecting pins as a set anywhere.

Amazon only has these ones: Klick

But the shape is completely different. I can't find anything on Ali itself under the search terms, or on Amazon. Do you have any tips?

I had the same issue with my ceramic the pins on Amazon do not work the only alternative is to ask your TD to buy links but they are expensive it might just pay off to order the entire bracelet
