Royal Oak Ladies 67650ST 33mm QC Pic question

Hello AP fans and supporters!

So, I am buying a 33mm quartz from a TD here and the first QC pics had me a bit worried. Mainly because of that brown spot on the dial, and the crooked 3 O'clock marker, so I told the TD to please look for another watch if possible. The next day I got a second QC photo of the front of the watch only, and seems to me that it's the same watch, only with the mark gone. Don't know if they opened it up and cleaned the dial (or the crystal), or maybe it was just a speck of dust.

What are your thoughts? This is the 1st QC photo:

The 3 o'clock marker looks crooked a bit indeed but it cannot be noticed from wrist distance.

I completely agree, I had one of these in the past and it's barely noticeable indeed. To be honest it doesn't bother me much and I guess it could well be that it's a common flaw on this model.
