Hi, I’ve been looking around at acquiring a JH quartz but it seems that’s probably not going to be possible, I do however see that 8F have manufactured the same model. I can’t seem to find a post about these quartz ones from 8F and just wondering has anyone here bought one? (Or any 8F AP for that matter)

if so what did you think of it?

thanks

I'm also interested in picking one up for a gift. The white dial in particular. What is your evaluation (in terms of accuracy and build quality) of the 33mm RO by JF?

The 67650st 33mm rep is superb VS gen IMHO. In terms of accuracy I’ll rate it above the ZF diver or 15500.
The rep does need some refinishing to refine its visual appeal VS gen but nothing else is needed, from my experience handling a few of these. I do have a gen black 67650 (bought for my partner) but she has relinquished this to the watch box in favor of her 77350 bought last year.
I’ve not seen either the gen or rep white 67650 in real life so I’m unable to comment on the dial. I do not remember if the white dial is only available with the diamond bezel (67651).

The white dial comes without a diamond bezel as well. The white dial is beautiful and makes the watch a bit more feminine, compared to the black dial or blue (which I don't think is close to the gen blue). Since the gift is for my mother, the white dial would be a perfect fit for her and compliment her darker skin tone well.

Currently considering white or black dial 33mm for my better half... Agree on white potentially looking more feminine, but my wife has a rather white skin tone. Does anyone has some comparison between white gen and jf rep? I am not under the illusion it will be 100% the same, that is not why we should buy reps, but it's still worthwhile to have a comparison before making a decision :)

The JF white dial isn't available anymore as far as I know.
If someone purchased one before, he/she may be able to share pics with you. But the chances of someone being able to do a side by side comparison for this relatively obscure model (say, compared to a 15400 silver dial) would be next to none IMHO.

Did some digging into old threads - looks like only the black dial is as per gen 33mm quartz SS (no diamonds), all others, incl white, are fantasy pieces...

I have only seen the gen steel 67650st come with a black dial. Can you show an example of the white gen 67650st please? I’m unable to find pics of one without the diamond bezel.

I guess not, with white dial, if not to be confused with 56175.

I think that when parts for a new form factor appear, factories tend to make all the options for dials and colors, since this one is not as difficult and expensive as making a model as a whole.

Perhaps not correctly expressed.
I meant that I know only 56175, which has a white dial in a 33mm steel case, with quartz, but no diamonds.

I understand that this is a different watch, only assumed that when looking for a white dial without diamonds, this is what one could confuse the 67650 with, that's why I mentioned this.

Selling one?
Please first try to ask your own dealer for one, to confirm the current availability. It may have come back in stock.
The ones I have were all purchased for friends and members here who ordered through me, thank you.

Very sorry. I thought maybe you were working your magic on them FOR resale. I didn't mean would you sell one that was already spoken for--only that if you were reselling one I would love to buy it after your treatment.
